ASSOCIATE – HR CUM SECRETARY

JOB PROFILE

  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees. (Employee resignation Procedure)
  • Conducting various welfare activities
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of employees
  • Responsible Person to take ownership of the projects that has been carried out by the Department time to time.
  • Any other work assigned by the Management time to time.

SECRETARY TO CEO:

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE:

  • Welcome Guests and Customers and answer the Hotline and respond to all inquiries and direct them to appropriate recipient
  • Works with HR team in reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy (Emails/Power Point/Excel/ Word)• Attention to detail / detail oriented
  • Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Work under Minimum Supervision
