JOB PROFILE
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees. (Employee resignation Procedure)
- Conducting various welfare activities
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of employees
- Responsible Person to take ownership of the projects that has been carried out by the Department time to time.
- Any other work assigned by the Management time to time.
SECRETARY TO CEO:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE:
- Welcome Guests and Customers and answer the Hotline and respond to all inquiries and direct them to appropriate recipient
- Works with HR team in reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy (Emails/Power Point/Excel/ Word)• Attention to detail / detail oriented
- Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Work under Minimum Supervision
