JOB PROOFILE

• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Work with external suppliers along with the merchandisers to communicate clients' needs to match with right product.
• Keep updating the existing client base regarding the new promotional products and services.
• Meet clients to demonstrate new products and features with the support of Sales Executives.
• Coordinate with Factory (Raincoat / Net) and printing unit.
• Send quotations and approve the invoices
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare sales reports.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 01-02 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Part or fully qualified Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Marketing Management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Work under minimum supervision
