Responsibilities
Sell balance apartments in Altair (COC received).
Lead a team and help them achieve sales and collection targets.
Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to generate leads.
Provide market intelligence on Pricing, Promotional Strategies and Schemes.
Requirements
Work experience as Head of Sales in Real-estate industry; preferably in Sri Lanka.
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Energetic go getter with leadership qualities / Age below 40 years.
