JOB PROFILE

  • Ensure recruitment and selection process are adhere to and are completed according to the given timeline.
  • Employee resignation and preparing final payment documents.
  • Updating HRIS systems, internal database and preparing new employees files.
  • Responsible for documentation and maintaining and updating personal files timely and accurate manner.
  • Preparing of transactional data for processing of salaries.
  • Participate and organizing company events
  • Responding to HR- related queries within the company
  • Coordinating all the HR functions of the organization
  • Present HR related reports whenever required.
  • Responsible in handling the entire administration related functions of the organization
  • Recording and maintenance of administration related documentation and present the same whenever required
  • Responsible for smooth flow of day-to-day operations as in strengthening the overall administration
  • Any other work assigned by the management time to time

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and self disipline
  • Proficient with HRIS System and microsoft office suite
  • Problem solving & decision making skill
  • Time management skills
  • Fluency in English & Sinhala
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
